RESTRICTED VESSELS. THREE DAYLIGHT VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED FOR INBOUND
TRANSIT 1000-1100/28TH.

MAY 13TH-14TH

THE ANNUAL "THUNDER ON THE NECHES" BOAT RACES ARE SCHEDULED FOR THESE
DATES. THE USCG WILL ESTABLISH A SAFETY ZONE WHICH IS ANTICIPATED TO BE
FROM UNOCAL TO THE NECHES RIVER INTERSECTION.
EXPECT DELAYS FOR VESSELS TRANSITING THIS SECTION. FOLLOWING ARE THE
CLOSURE TIMES.
