SABINE/NECHES WATERWAY IS OPEN.

 

TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS STARTED INBOUND TRANSIT AT 0500/12TH.  ONE

DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSEL IS SCHEDULED FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT APPROX 1130/12TH

AND A SECOND IS SCHEDULED FOR 1400/12TH.

<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">FYSA – This office will no longer issue Telephonic Preliminary Entry (TPE) for vessels arriving within this office’s

<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">operating hours (or if the vessel is boarded on O/T). CBP Officers will board the vessel on arrival, inspect the crew

<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">and enter/clear on-board. It is the responsibility of the vessel agent to keep the officers informed of docking times;

<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">additionally, the vessel agent must come prepared to complete Customs formalities on board the vessel.

The vessel will not commence operations until the boarding officer gives authorization to begin work.<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">
