<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">FYSA – This office will no longer issue Telephonic Preliminary Entry (TPE) for vessels arriving within this office’s

<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">operating hours (or if the vessel is boarded on O/T). CBP Officers will board the vessel on arrival, inspect the crew

<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">and enter/clear on-board. It is the responsibility of the vessel agent to keep the officers informed of docking times;

<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">additionally, the vessel agent must come prepared to complete Customs formalities on board the vessel.

The vessel will not commence operations until the boarding officer gives authorization to begin work.<span-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">

Not as cold tonight with easterly winds and clouds slowly increasing. Southeast winds return Monday with increasing moisture levels. A few showers possible by Tuesday with the better chance Wednesday night along cold front. Dynamics not as strong with this next system and certainly not the deep deep tropical moisture like before. An inch will be possible with the front.
