<span-family:"Franklin Gothic Medium","sans-serif"">firefighting requirements for vessel response plans (VRPs) for oil. On

<span-family:"Franklin Gothic Medium","sans-serif"">September 3, the agency announced that the Office of Management and Budget

<span-family:"Franklin Gothic Medium","sans-serif"">(OMB) had approved the collection of information associated with those

<span-family:"Franklin Gothic Medium","sans-serif"">requirements. The announcement also indicated that the requirement would be

<span-family:"Franklin Gothic Medium","sans-serif"">enforced beginning September 3. The Coast Guard has now clarified that the

<span-family:"Franklin Gothic Medium","sans-serif"">information collection will be enforced as of February 22, 2011, when the

A warm front will lift northwards out of the Gulf of Mexico Wednesday afternoon generating a 30-40% coverage of rain and thunderstorms.  Highs will be in the middle to upper 80s.<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#5A5A5A">

Thursday, a 30% coverage of showers/storms can be expected under partly sunny skies.<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#5A5A5A">

Friday, a weak, Pacific Cold Front will stall to our west.  This will keep skies partly sunny with a 20% coverage of showers.  Highs will be in the upper 80s to near 90.<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#5A5A5A">

Saturday, the front will move little keep the area warm and humid.  A 20% coverage of showers can be expected with highs in the upper 80s.<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#5A5A5A">

Early Sunday, the front will stumble through the area coupled with a fairly strong upper-level disturbance.  This will generate a 20% coverage of showers and mostly cloudy skies.<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#5A5A5A">
