TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS STARTED INBOUND AT 0500/23RD.
TWO POSSIBLY THREE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULE
FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT AFTERNOON 23RD.

Afternoon and Evening Thunderstorms Possible .........

Southerly winds gusty. With a front nearing Friday night, a few showers
and thunderstorms will be possible with the better coverage likely to be
Saturday morning. Some of the storms could be heavy with gusty winds and
small hail possible.

Today.....Partly cloudy, windy and warm with a 30 percent coverage of
evening showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 70's. Winds
southerly at 6-24 mph.
