THE SABINE/NECHES CHANNEL CLOSED 1700/03APR10 DUE TO DENSE
FOG AND RE-OPENED 2200/4TH. NON-DAYLIGHT TRAFFIC STARTED
INBOUND AT 2225/4TH. TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS STARTED
INBOUND AT 0500/5TH. THREE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE
SCHEDULE FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT 1100-1200/5TH.
