ONE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSEL STARTED INBOUND AT 0500/25TH.
THREE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED FOR OUTBOUND
TRANSIT AFTERNOON 25TH.

Rain And Storms This Morning....

A cold front is moving through and will generate rain and thunderstorms
this morning. No severe weather is forecast with isolated rainfall totals
to around one inch possible. Drier and a little cooler air will take over
this afternoon and into the weekend.

Triangle Forecast....

Today....Morning rain and storms with decreasing cloudiness in the
afternoon. Highs near 70. Winds shifting to northwesterly at 6-22 mph.

Tonight.......Mostly fair. Lows in the lower 40's. Winds northwest 3-12
mph. No rain expected.
