FOUR DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS STARTED OUTBOUND TRANSIT
AT 0600/1ST. ONE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED
FOR INBOUND TRANSIT 1000-1100/1ST.
