VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED INBOUND AT 0500/13TH WITH TWO DAYLIGHT
RESTRICTED VESSELS. TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED
FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT AFTERNOON 13TH.

Cold Front And Rain Early Next Week......

Southerly winds returning from the Gulf of Mexico. Onshore winds will
increase moisture levelsinto the weekend. A rather strong cold front
will move through Monday with a good coverage of showers and
thunderstorms. Some of the storms could be heavy with rainfall totals to
around one inch possible. Cooler air will take over Tuesday and
Wednesday.

Today......Partly cloudy. Highs in the middle 70's. Winds southeasterly
at 6-18 mph. No rain expected.

Tonight....Some patchy ground fog. Lows in the middle 50's. Winds light
northeast to east less than 6 mph. No rain expected.
