ONE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSEL STARTED OUTBOUND TRANSIT AT
0600/2ND. TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED FOR
INBOUND TRANSIT 1000-1100/2ND.
