Rain, Rain, And More Rain....
A surface trough near the Texas coast is interacting with a mid to to upper level low pressure. This trough of low pressure will likely move slowly to the north-northeast with widespread heavy rains spreading into our area. In fact through Sunday, rainfall totals to near 10 inches will be possible in isolated spots. With plenty of clouds, temperatures will be below normal for afternoon highs.

Today.....Variable cloudiness with a 70 percent coverage of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the middle 80's. Winds east to southeast ar 3- 15 mph.
Tonight.......Variable cloudiness with a 40 percent coverage of showers and thunderstorms by daybreak. Lows in the middle 70's. Winds mostly east to southeast at 2-12 mph.
