AT 0600/30TH. NO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED
FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT THE 30TH.

WEATHER

Hot And Humid.....

Only a few showers or storms will be possible today. The main risk will
stay to our north again. A better coverage of showers and thunderstorms
is expected tomorrow as an upper level disturbance works in from the
northwest. Some of the storms will be locally heavy with the potential
for upwards of one inch of rain Friday. A little drier conditions should
return over the weekend.

The tropics remain quiet.

Triangle Forecast....

Today.....Partly cloudy with a 20 percent coverage of showers and
thunderstorms. Highs in the lower 90's. Heat index near 103. Winds
mostly south to southwest at 6-22 mph.

Tonight......Partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 70's to near 80. Winds
mostly south to southwest at 3-12 mph. No rain expected.
