PILOT SERVICE RESUMED AT 0600/28TH.

VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED OUTBOUND WITH ONE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSEL
AT 0700/28TH. AT THIS TIME, NO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE
SCHEDULED FOR INBOUND TRANSIT THE 28TH.

Rain And Thunderstorms Possible Again Today.....

An upper level disturbance is generating a large area of rain and
thunderstorms which could produce locally heavy rainfall with amounts in
excess of two inches possible. Drier weather returning Wednesday and
Thursday.

Triangle Forecast...

Today.....Variable cloudiness with a 40 percent coverage of showers and
thunderstorms. Highs near 80. Winds south to southeast at 6-22 mph.

Tonight.....Mostly cloudy with a 30 percent coverage early. Lows in the
upper 60's to near 70. Winds southerly 3-12 mph.
