VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED OUTBOUND WITH TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS
AT 0600/13TH. TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED FOR INBOUND
TRANSIT APRPOX 1100/13TH.
