VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED INBOUND AT 0600/3RD WITH ONE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED
VESSEL. TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED FOR OUTBOUND
TRANSIT AFTERNOON 3RD.

Drier air in place. With the clear skies, temperatures will be in the
lower to middle 70's with lower humidity. Another front will move
through Sunday with only a slight risk of showers expected. Rather chilly
temperatures for this time of year will take over Monday and Tuesday.
