ONE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSEL STARTED INBOUND TRANSIT AT 0500/12TH.
TWO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS ARE SCHEDULE FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT
AFTERNOON 12TH.

Upper level flow fron the southwest will allow high and mid level clouds
to advance across the state. Rian returning over the weekend with a weak
upper air distrurbance moving across the area Friday. A cold front will
stall near the coast this weekend.
