Port Status Update
Southeast Texas - Southwest Louisiana
Tropical Storm Edouard

The following reflects the current status and restrictions for waterways
within the Port Arthur Captain of the Port Zone.

1. The Calcasieu Ship Channel is open to all traffic.

2. All waters are open to shallow draft traffic (sixteen feet and
less) including tugs, towboats and offshore service vessels (OSV).

3. Port Condition Zulu remains in effect for deep draft traffic on
Sabine-Neches Waterway.

Vessels of moderate draft (less than 30 feet) with special circumstances
desiring an exemption to transit the Sabine-Neches Waterway may submit
their request through the Sabine Pilots. The Captain of the Port will
consider each request on a case by case basis.
