ONE DAYLIGHT VESSELS STARTED INBOUND TRANSIT AT 0500/23RD
TWO DAYLIGHT VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT
AFTERNOON 23RD.

isolated showers are possible the next few days.
