Notice:PILOT/TRAFFIC ADVISORIES:

THE DEAD TOW VESSEL MOVEMENT IS SCHEDULED TO GET UNDERWAY
AT 0800/23RD. NO DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED TRAFFIC WILL BE ABLE
TO INBOUND ON THE 23RD.

criteria are considered daylight restricted.

85,000 Dead Weight or over
875 ft Length Over All or over
125 ft Beam or over

Please find the following updated daylight restriction times
from the Sabine Pilots for the Sabine/Neches Channel.

As of March 9th 1hr has been added to the inbound and outbound
times.

Little Change....

High pressure to our east will keep onshore windflow going into the
weekend with a few showers or thunderstorms possible mainly Saturday and
Sunday as the next cool front moves in. Meanwhile, temperatures will
stay a little above normal with moderate winds.

Triangle Forecast...

Tonight.....Mostly cloudy. Lows near 70 to the lower 70's. Winds south
to southeast at 3-14 mph. No rain expected.

Wednessday...Partly cloudy with a 10 percent coverage of showers and
thunderstorms. Highs in the lower to middle 80's. Winds south to
southeast at 6-18 mph.
