PILOT/TRAFFIC ADVISORIES:

VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED INBOUND AT 0500/27TH WITH THREE DAYLIGHT
VESSELS. TWO DAYLIGHT VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED TO START INBOUND
AT 1000/27TH. NO OUTBOUND DAYLIGHT VESSELS FOR THE 27TH.
