Notice:PILOT/TRAFFIC ADVISORIES:

AS OF 0400/21NOV07 THE SABINE/NECHES CHANNEL OPENED AND PILOT SERVICE
RESUMED. VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED OUTBOUND AT 0600/21ST WITH THREE
DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSELS. ONE DAYLIGHT RESTRICTED VESSEL IS
SCHEDULED TO START INBOUND APPROX 1130/21ST.

WEATHER

Colder Weather On The Way....

A strong cold front will move off the coast late this evening into
Thursday morning. Some showers and isolated thunderstorms will be
possible with the front with the main impact being much colder
temperatures from Thursday and into the weekend.

An upper level disturbance will move in from the west this weekend which
should allow for low pressure to develop just to our south over the Gulf.
Therefore, rain will be likely Saturday and Sunday with locally heavy
rains expected.

Triangle Forecast.....

Today.....Partly cloudy with a 30 percent coverage of evening showers and
thunderstorms. Highs near 80. Winds south to southwest 6-22 mph.

Tonight.....Increasing cloudiness and turning cold with showers and a
thunderstorm possible. Lows in the upper 40's to near 50. Winds shifting
northwest 6-22 mph.

Marine Forecast for Wednesday.......

Winds......S/SW 6-18 knots.

Seas.......2-3 feet.

Bays.......slightly choppy.

Weather........Mostly cloudy with a few showers possible.
