VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED OUTBOUND AT 0600/13TH WITH THREE
DAYLIGHT VESSELS. TWO DAYLIGHT VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED TO
START INBOUND 1100-1200/13TH.

Severe Weather Possible Overnight Friday........

A strong upper level trough will give the area a chance of strong to
severe thunderstorms tonight in to Saturday morning. Especially northern
areas. Cold front will move across region around daybreak Saturday ending
the rain chances.

Today......A 30% coverage of thunderstorms. Highs low 80's. South wind 8-
26 mph.

Tonight....Mostly cloudy with showers or thunderstorms. Coverage is 50
percent. Lows in the middle to upper 60's. Winds SW 4-18 mph.
