VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED OUTBOUND AT 0600/5TH WITH TWO
DAYLIGHT VESSELS. ONE DAYLIGHT VESSEL IS SCHEDULED
FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT 1000/5TH. NO DAYLIGHT VESSELS
ARE SCHEDULED TO INBOUND ON THE 5TH.

WEATHER:

Cold And Wet For Easter Weekend......

Cold front has moved offshore and drier air in place. By Friday clouds
will be on the increase as the next upper system develops to our west.
Surface low pressure will also develop to our south off the lower Texas
Coast. By late Saturday the rain will return as the upper level system
approaches and the surface low passes to our south. 1-2" of rain will be
possible Saturday night through Easter Sunday. High temperatures will be
20-25 degrees below normal on Easter Sunday. Weather will improve by
Monday.

Today....Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 60's. NE winds 5-16 mph. No
rain expected.

Tonight.....Mostly fair and cool. Lows middle to upper 40's. Winds
northeast 3-14 mph. No rain expected.
