VESSEL TRAFFIC STARTED INBOUND AT 0500/30TH WITH TWO
DAYLIGHT VESSELS. TWO DAYLIGHT VESSELS ARE SCHEDULED
TO INBOUND AT 1100/30TH. NO OUTBOUND DAYLIGHT TRAFFIC
IS SCHEDULED FOR THE 30TH.
