FOR OUTBOUND TRANSIT 0900-1000/23RD.

Spring Weather...

The first week of spring brings no major change is expected in our
weather pattern into the weekend as a ridge of high pressure holds. With
onshore windflow, temperatures will be a little warmer than normal. The
next risk for showers will be around Sunday or Monday as an upper level
disturbance moves across West Texas. Main impact looks to be north of
Southeast texas.

Today.....Partly cloudy with highs in the upper 70's. S/SE winds 6-22
mph. No rain expected.

Tonight....Partly cloudy with fog possible. Lows in the middle to upper
60's. South winds 4-15 mph.
