Subject:SABINE/NECHES CHANNEL RE-OPEN

Notice:
As of 0530/16Dec06 the Sabine/Neches Channel re-opened
and pilot service resumed. Vessel traffic started moving
outbound at 0730/16th and will be outbound all day today.

The 17th is scheduled to be inbound only with two waves
of daylight vessels. The first wave starting inbound at
0500 hrs and the second wave starting inbound approx 1000 hrs.

Will keep everyone posted of any changes.
