1300 and the following has been determined regarding the draft for the
Sabine/Neches Channel.

TO ALL

BASED ON THE 11-25-2006 CORPS STUDY THE SABINE PILOTS WILL RESUME 40' FW
DRAFT TRANSITS. ALL CONCERNED SHOULD VIEW THE SURVEY FOR UNDERKEEL
CLEARANCE. DRAFTS WILL BE LIMITED ACCORDING TO FRONTAL WEATHER AND LOW
TIDE WHEN DEEMED NECESSARY. PLEASE DO NOT QUESTION THE SABINE PILOT
OFFICE ABOUT UNDERKEEL CLEARANCES.
